However, these effects were not tested in the study. The study shows that even small amounts of rosemary can have positive effects. You can easily consume 1g of rosemary daily with food and drinks.

Rosemary extract for Cancer

Numerous animal and cell studies have demonstrated that rosemary extract can reduce the growth of various cancer cells, including breast cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer. It is possible to reduce the tumor size.
